IAmanda Zale, LCPC PMH-C is a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in perinatal mental health, addiction, and betrayal trauma. She also supports clients navigating life transitions and the challenges of loving an individual struggling with addiction. Amanda provides a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

She takes a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy, integrating EMDR, CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapywith somatic exercises to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and connect with their inner strength. Amanda believes that healing happens not only in the mind but also in the body, and she tailors each session to the unique needs of the individual.

Amanda’s approach is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She helps clients overcome anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma, develop practical coping skills, and cultivate emotional well-being, self-awareness, and resilience. Her goal is to support clients in navigating challenges with clarity and confidence while honoring their personal growth and journey toward healing.

Outside of the therapy room, you'll find Amanda chasing her most demanding clients — her three sons — around the city. She practices Pilates in her down time and is enjoying this busy season of life.
